From Reagan National Airport: Exit airport and take I-395 North towards Washington. Exit Maine Avenue. Proceed to 9th Street. Turn left on Maine Avenue. Go down one block to 7th Street and Maine. Turn right on 7th Street. Follow 7th Street to Water Street. Turn left on Water Street. Channel Inn is located on the right hand side.
